  • 09.09.12 – 5 min warm up, 8x 1 min run/1.5 min walk, 5 min cool down
  • 09.05.12 – 5 min warm up, 8x 1 min run/1.5 min walk, 5 min cool down

Office Gym

  • 09.10.12 – 30 min treadmill (cardio, level 3)
